Ryan Tseng's practice focuses on dispute resolution, with additional experience in corporate and regulatory matters. His disputes work spans civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings, including contractual disputes, liability claims, and challenges to administrative decisions.
Ryan also assists clients with corporate governance, due diligence, and commercial agreements. His regulatory experience includes matters concerning foreign investment and business operations in Taiwan, and he works in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Before joining the Taipei Office, Ryan was a summer associate in Jones Day's Silicon Valley Office in California. He has passed Taiwan's judicial examination for judges and prosecutors and has authored a journal article on Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act.
