Caroline Tsai focuses on litigation involving complex commercial disputes and financial institutions. She has experience in multiple aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Caroline served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Andrew Borrok on the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, where she worked on a wide range of complex commercial matters, including class actions, business torts, employment disputes, legal malpractice, regulatory investigations, and the Securities Act of 1933 cases.
