Yeting Shi focuses her practice on antitrust matters, including government investigations, merger review, litigation, and strategic counseling. She has represented clients across several industries, including health care, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, and technology.
Yeting has guided domestic and international companies through sensitive internal and government investigations, including cross-border matters involving alleged executive misconduct and allegations relating to exclusionary conduct. She has represented clients before federal enforcement agencies in connection with these investigations and has extensive experience responding to government inquiries.
In the merger context, Yeting advises clients at every stage of the review process, including Hart-Scott-Rodino filings, Second Requests, agency advocacy, and merger challenges. She has substantial experience managing complex e-discovery processes and regularly contributes to white papers and advocacy submissions that have secured merger clearance without a Second Request.
Yeting also has broad litigation experience spanning discovery, fact development, witness interviews, and brief drafting. She has defended a client in an antitrust class action brought under Section 1 of the Sherman Act, including taking depositions and briefing class certification issues. Her experience further includes defending clients in complex commercial disputes and credit reporting matters, where she has drafted and successfully defended dispositive motions.
Yeting maintains an active pro bono practice representing immigrants in federal habeas corpus proceedings. She is a member of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law Section.
