Sarah Stock provides clear, commercial, and practical advice to companies throughout an employment relationship on contentious and noncontentious employment matters, across a wide range of sectors, including technology, sports, music, fashion and beauty, hospitality, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. Sarah is dedicated to achieving positive results and advises clients on protecting business interests and team move disputes. Sarah advises on cross-border restructuring and reorganization exercises and on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and outsourcing.
Sarah's practice extends to supporting businesses on all employment matters, including recruitment, appointment, employment status, and non-traditional working patterns. She has experience in global policies and procedures to promote positive working cultures, conducting investigations, family friendly rights, disciplinary and grievance processes, and advising on complex departures and settlements. Sarah also supports clients in defending claims, including those for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, and acts on breaches relating to the misuse of confidential information and post-termination restrictive covenants.
