Sam Silva represents clients in complex commercial litigation and advises on investigations and regulatory matters. Her experience includes cross-border disputes arising under U.S. anti-terrorism statutes. She maintains an active pro bono practice, including family law matters in the California appellate courts.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Sam clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
