Nathalie Spiller's practice focuses on international arbitration, commercial litigation, and cross-border disputes.
Nathalie's recent experience prior to joining Jones Day in 2026 includes acting on behalf of clients in arbitrations under the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Rules and SIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Centre) Rules, as well as matters in the State Courts and Supreme Court of Singapore. Nathalie also has experience representing clients in an advisory and pre-dispute capacity, assisting clients with avoiding formal legal proceedings.
Nathalie previously served with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where she worked on commercial and investor-state arbitrations in the Asia-Pacific region.
