Elizabeth Schrieber focuses her intellectual property practice on patent litigation before district courts and at the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB). Elizabeth's litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Elizabeth also maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers through the Firm's Border Project and U.S. veterans seeking various forms of relief at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth worked as a marketing consultant at Cardinal Health, advising health systems and biopharma companies on distribution strategy.
