Andrew Sisson focuses his practice on governmental investigations and complex civil litigation in federal and state courts.
He has represented clients in the financial services, life sciences, and manufacturing industries in matters involving shareholder and securities lawsuits, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, class actions, and multidistrict products liability litigation. His experience extends to multiple phases of litigation, including factual investigation, managing discovery, and drafting dispositive and evidentiary motions and briefs.
Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and veterans' matters. Through the Firm's Border Project, he has provided on the ground counseling to detainees as well as representation to a variety of asylum and T Visa applicants.
Prior to attending law school, Andrew worked for several years as a college English professor, teaching classes on Shakespeare and Renaissance literature.
