Max has advised clients across a wide variety of business sectors, including technology, energy and resources, agribusiness, health care, real estate, tourism, consumer goods, and financial services.
Max's recent highlighted representations include advising: Journey Beyond on its acquisition of the operations of iconic Australian tourism assets, the Ayers Rock Resort and Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre; Journey Beyond on its acquisition of Grand Pacific Tours; Peabody on its acquisition of Tier 1 Australian metallurgical coal assets from Anglo American (terminated before closing); Eildon Capital on its takeover by Samuel Terry Asset Management; Intelligent Monitoring Group on multiple acquisitions; JFE Steel on its acquisition of a minority interest in the Blackwater coal mine; and Anteris Technologies on its U.S. IPO, dual listings on Nasdaq and ASX, and re-domiciliation to the United States, as well as multiple secondary funding transactions.
