Kaylee Rabatin represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including multidistrict litigation and cases involving business torts, contractual disputes, and products liability. Her recent experience includes being a member of teams defending a pharmaceutical manufacturer in antitrust and consumer protection lawsuits brought by state attorneys general and private plaintiffs.
Kaylee also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States, as well as assisting pro se litigants with mediation to resolve their civil rights claims.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Kaylee clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She was responsible for a variety of matters at the trial court level and handled cases involving contract, labor, employment, civil rights, and intellectual property claims.
