Cassie Ross represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience spans a range of practice areas, including commercial disputes, contract disputes, securities fraud, and health care, as well as the False Claims Act. She has experience in various stages of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery, and mediation.
Cassie maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing asylum seekers through the Firm's Border Project and assisting individuals facing domestic violence with applications for temporary restraining orders. Recently she represented a refugee in a case under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, which resulted in a favorable settlement for the client.
