Victoria Petrimoulx represents clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has defended clients against international breach of contract and class action claims and has experience representing companies in the financial services, technology and life sciences, entertainment, and manufacturing industries. She also has experience counseling clients through internal and government investigations.
Victoria has worked on various facets of litigation and arbitration, including conducing fact investigation, managing document production, researching legal issues, drafting and filing motions, preparing expert and fact witnesses, and appearing at hearings.
Victoria maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients seeking special immigrant juvenile status in cases of parental neglect. She also teaches students about the U.S. legal system as a mentor for the nonprofit organization Discovering Justice. Victoria currently serves on the Boston Bar Association's Financial Services Steering Committee and New Lawyers Network Committee.
