Tomasso Piccirilli represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in offensive and defensive discovery, drafting briefs, fact investigation, internal reviews, and legal research. In addition, Tomasso has assisted clients with a number of cybersecurity matters, including incident investigations and policy revisions.
Tomasso maintains an active pro bono practice. His work includes assisting asylum seekers before immigration courts and advising charitable organizations on compliance and policy matters.
