Tomasso Piccirilli joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2024. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.
Prior to attending law school, Tomasso worked in cybersecurity training, designing regulatory compliance courses for major U.S. hospitals. He also has worked on class action settlement objections, including data privacy class actions, and has assisted with First Amendment challenges to state laws abridging medical speech. In addition, as a member of his law school's community legal clinic, Tomasso represented pro bono clients petitioning the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program within the Court of Federal Claims.
