Rylee Pittman assists clients in complex products liability litigation in state and federal courts. Rylee has experience addressing unique litigation issues facing pharmaceutical and nutrition product industries, including those related to the highly regulated environment they operate in and the specialized body of case law that has developed related to products liability claims.
Prior to rejoining Jones Day in 2023, Rylee clerked for Judge Andrew L. Brasher at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In law school, Rylee served as a teaching fellow for the Harvard Trial Advocacy Workshop, an intensive trial-preparation course. She was also awarded the Dean Scholar for the Drug Product Liability Litigation course, which entailed presenting to a mock jury complex pharmaceutical issues, such as preemption and product labeling.
