Rémi Pison's practice is centered on French and international taxation, with a strong focus on national and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and real estate. He counsels clients on tax matters related to investment funds, and he is well-versed in tax litigation, representing clients before tax authorities and jurisdictions.
Before joining Jones Day in 2025, Rémi practiced tax law at a French tax law firm in Paris.
