As a litigator and counselor, Renee Pauline Perez represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She has experience in complex employment actions and traditional labor matters.

Renee has represented employers in California wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts, representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), mass arbitration, and collective bargaining. She also has represented employers in single plaintiff actions for breach of contract claims and state and federal discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims.

Renee maintains an active pro bono practice and represents refugees in their application for asylum.

During law school, Renee served as Massachusetts SJC Rule 3:03 Counsel and executive board member at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and a student attorney and team leader at Harvard Defenders. As a law student, Renee successfully served as counsel in a jury trial and represented clients in various matters in state and federal courts.
