Regina Park advises clients on national security, international trade, and government contracting and procurement matters.
Regina assists clients with tariff issues before Customs and Border Protection (CBP); risk mitigation and business transactions related to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR); Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions and investigations; cyber security compliance; and cross-border transactions reviewed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Regina also helps clients navigate the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), understand subcontracting obligations, and comply with related rules.
