Nicky Paige is a trial lawyer who represents large corporate clients through all stages of civil litigation, from pre-lawsuit evaluation to appeal. Her practice spans a wide range of commercial matters, including trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, and conspiracy claims. Nicky has substantial experience in rapid-response litigation, having successfully obtained and defended against temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in time-sensitive proceedings.
Nicky's practice combines oral advocacy and complex motion practice with a business first approach that prioritizes efficient dispute resolution. She drives discovery strategy, drafts and argues pivotal pre- and post-trial motions in state and federal courts, prepares witnesses, and takes and defends key depositions.
Outside of her practice, Nicky is committed to mentoring young women in her community. While in law school, she served as an assistant rector for Pangborn Hall and Johnson Family Hall at the University of Notre Dame, where she counseled undergraduate women in residence. She presently serves as the Pi Beta Phi Alumna Advisor for Risk Management at Southern Methodist University; is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas, a women's organization dedicated to community service and civic leadership; and is a member of the Higginbotham American Inn of Court.
