Matt Petti advises clients in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, asset and business division carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, and distressed transactions. He represents private equity funds and strategic M&A clients across a variety of industries, including automotive, consulting, consumer services, manufacturing, technology, and SaaS (software as a service). Matt also advises clients on general corporate matters, equity issuances, commercial contracts, and internal reorganizations.
