Josh Pittman represents clients in high-stakes litigation and investigations covering a broad range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, antitrust actions, and toxic torts.
Josh recently won a successful verdict — including a punitive damages award — following a four-day federal jury trial and has extensive experience preparing witnesses for depositions and trials. He is currently defending an agricultural equipment manufacturer in concurrent class action and government litigation involving antitrust claims. In addition, he represents a supply chain company in a contractual dispute and is defending a large technical professional services firm in a toxic tort mass action related to alleged exposure to hazardous materials.
In his pro bono practice, Josh recently represented a client in a civil rights matter involving constitutional violations by an Ohio municipality and has assisted a charitable organization in obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Outside of his legal practice, Josh serves as a debate coach for a local high school in Columbus.
