Ariel Pinsky's practice is focused on business and tort litigation in state and federal courts, and she has experience in many aspects of complex civil litigation at the trial court level.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Ariel served as the inaugural clerk at the Georgia State-wide Business Court, which opened its doors in August 2020 and is modeled after the Delaware Chancery courts and other specialized state business courts.

Ariel is author of "Heating Up and Cooling Down: Modifying the Provocation Defense by Expanding Cooling Time (Georgia Law Review, 2020) and "Weighing Public Safety and Caller Privacy: Why the FCC Decided to Amend Its Caller ID Rules (Communications Lawyer, 2018).
