Alma Petras represents and counsels financial institutions and other clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has experience with motions practice, e-discovery, and fact investigation.
Alma has experience representing private equity firms and corporate clients in post-closing disputes, including in cases involving indemnification, fraud, insurance coverage, and purchase price adjustments. Alma also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing refugees seeking asylum in the United States.
