Ikenna Ojukwu advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance matters, and other strategic transactions. He also advises private equity funds and other financial institutions on high-stakes acquisition financings, various credit facilities, and cross-border financings.
His representative experience includes advising BioMarin in connection with its $4.8 billion acquisition of Amicus Therapeutics. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including technology, fintech, life sciences, consumer products, and retail.
Ikenna also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing survivors of human trafficking seeking post-conviction relief and advising pro se litigants.
