Zac Nallen advises public and private companies and private equity funds in private equity and M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law matters. He has been involved in transactions in a variety of industries, including consumer products, technology, and commercial services.

Zac's recent experience includes advising Morgan Stanley Capital Partners on its sale of Alliance Technical Group to Blackstone.

Zac was also a member of the teams that advised The Riverside Company on its sales of FlavorSum to Warburg Pincus and of Energy Exemplar to Vista Equity Partners and Blackstone and its acquisitions of Contruent, Cloudpermit, and CRIO; Randstad N.V. on its formation of a joint venture combining its job board business, Monster, with CareerBuilder, a subsidiary of investment funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management; and The Stephens Group on its acquisition of Astro Pak.
