Stefanie McArdle represents leading financial institutions in complex commercial litigation before federal and state courts. Her experience includes disputes concerning securities, insurance products, and other financial products as well as motions practice, e-discovery, and fact investigation.
Stefanie maintains an active pro bono practice. She has worked with clients seeking asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile status, and other immigration-related relief. She also participates in the Firm's anti-human trafficking initiatives.
