Sam Moulton advises international and domestic clients on high-stakes arbitrations, litigation, and investigations across a range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, agriculture, mining, and government.
Sam has represented clients on arbitrations governed by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law), ACICA (Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration), and ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes) rules as well as litigation in various Australian superior courts.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Sam was an associate at a leading international arbitration law firm based in Paris, where he represented clients in multibillion dollar disputes arising from major energy and infrastructure projects in Central Asian and Central American states. He also served as a judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
