In addition to his litigation work, Ryan has guided clients through internal investigations and government investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and multiple state attorneys general.
Beyond antitrust matters, Ryan has litigated disputes involving Delaware corporate governance, fraudulent transfer claims, the Ohio Uniform Commercial Code, and the Lanham Act. He also served as lead counsel for Experian Information Solutions in consumer litigation arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), securing multiple complete defense judgments at trial, arguing motions in federal and state courts across the country, and leading dispositive briefing.
