Robert Minn represents life sciences and high-technology clients in patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation disputes. Robert leverages his extensive experience in all stages of patent litigation, including inter partes reviews, jury and bench trials, as well as Federal Circuit appeals, to obtain favorable results for clients.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Robert litigated cases involving a wide variety of technologies, ranging from small molecule drugs to augmented reality sunglasses. Robert also has experience representing clients in technology-related disputes in arbitration and in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Robert also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients seeking asylum in federal immigration court and clients facing eviction in settlement conferences.
Prior to law school, Robert researched and fabricated nanoscale probes for brain-machine interfaces.
