Rahil Maharaj advises major global companies on all aspects of antitrust and competition law. He helps clients navigate government investigations and enforcement actions, defends private antitrust class action litigation, and guides merging clients through complex transactions. He is experienced in defending high-stakes merger challenges and has handled matters across a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, gaming, and technology.

Rahil is currently representing an equipment manufacturer in a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigation and a large agricultural company in a merger review. He is also representing Ubisoft Entertainment as a third-party in an FTC administrative proceeding.
