Rachel McKenzie's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in a variety of matters, including business tort and contractual disputes, health care litigation, and white collar litigation and investigations. Rachel has experience with fact investigation, developing case strategy, propounding and responding to discovery, and preparing witnesses for depositions.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice. She has been involved in the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform (CPR) Initiative and has participated in the Firm's Border Project in Laredo, Texas.
