Nia Mack represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including government enforcement proceedings and high-stakes multidistrict litigation. She has diverse litigation experience in state and federal courts, including e-discovery and document management, offensive and defensive discovery, preparation of witnesses, and pretrial preparation.
Nia's recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
Nia also maintains an active pro bono practice, including the representation of immigrants seeking asylum, and was a member of a team that was able to secure asylum for an Eritrean refugee fleeing religious persecution.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Nia served as a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Graduate Fellow at Just The Beginning - A Pipeline Organization.
