Natalie Mkrtchyan advises investors, fund sponsors, and companies across the full spectrum of private equity and venture capital transactions. Her experience encompasses equity fundraisings and fund formations, primary and secondary investments, and co-investments, acting for both investor and company clients in the venture and private equity space.
Natalie's recent experience includes advising on: Velocity's $10 million funding round; True Capital's investment in GDK; Aurelius' acquisition of The Body Shop; Mérieux Equity Partners, Illumina Ventures, and Heran Partners' Series A investment in Broken String Biosciences; True Capital's acquisition of a majority stake in Sneak; Quadrille Capital's $500 million Series E financing of Jobandtalent; and a number of Pantheon Ventures' primary and secondary investments and co-investments.
Natalie spent 10 months on secondment at a private equity and private credit fund focused on mid-market European financial and business services, where she supported the legal and investment teams on transactional and fund formation matters.
