Moshe Michel focuses his practice on commercial finance. He represents financial institutions, lenders, public and private corporate borrowers, project sponsors, and portfolio companies in cross-border and domestic finance transactions across diverse industry sectors. He has experience working on a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated facilities, unsecured and secured lending transactions, senior and subordinated facilities, and asset-backed loans, among other credit matters.

Moshe also advises registered investment advisors (RIAs) on regulatory matters, including investment adviser registrations and filings, a broad range of compliance matters, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investment adviser examinations.
