Michael McWaters represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. His practice includes commercial disputes, consumer class actions, and litigation involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and False Claims Act (FCA).
Michael also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has worked to vacate criminal convictions for survivors of human trafficking and also represents asylum seekers in the United States Immigration Court.
