Kaveeta Meir has worked on a variety of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus in the leveraged finance space. She has acted on many cross-border acquisition financings, corporate finance, and refinancings across various industries, representing financial institutions, lenders, private equity sponsors, funds, and corporates.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Kaveeta trained and qualified with a Magic Circle law firm and completed two secondments with leading investment banks.
