Elizabeth Miller Schai focuses her practice on government enforcement defense, consumer protection litigation, and complex commercial disputes. She has defended companies facing state attorney general investigations, civil investigative demands, federal regulatory inquiries, and enforcement actions.
Elizabeth has a strong interest in artificial intelligence as an emerging area of law and is actively involved in integrating AI-driven solutions into legal practice to improve efficiency and client service. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers through the Border Project at the Laredo Detention Center in Texas, advocating for clients in domestic violence restraining order proceedings, and partnering with the Innocence Project to seek exoneration for wrongly convicted individuals.
