For almost a decade, Daniel Moore has assisted clients in resolving complex, international disputes through litigation and alternative dispute mechanisms. The Legal 500 UK describes Daniel an as "experienced litigator" and key lawyer in the Firm's Tier 1 ranked civil fraud practice. The breadth of Daniel's experience beyond civil fraud is highlighted by secondments at two of the world's leading technology companies and successful outcomes across shareholder and contractual disputes over the past 10 years. Daniel also has extensive experience litigating high-value claims brought by liquidators, including obtaining injunctive relief and successful trial judgment.

Daniel often advises multinational corporations, private equity firms, and investors across all stages of dispute resolution. Recent examples include: leading on a mediation, for a public listed company, against a highly complex $500 million claim, which resulted in a new long-term contract and the withdrawal of all claims; obtaining emergency injunctive relief in the United Kingdom and abroad for a multinational manufacturing company, to secure assets in excess of $100 million; and securing exits from private investments and unprofitable long-term contracts.
