Brandon McNeill counsels corporate clients and real estate owners on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. He has significant experience coordinating and advising on the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions, including managing the real estate due diligence and documentation components of complex corporate deals. His practice also encompasses real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including sale-leaseback transactions, and he frequently represents landlords and tenants in industrial and office leasing transactions.

Brandon maintains a robust pro bono practice and represents nonprofit organizations throughout Northeast Ohio in real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

During law school, Brandon participated in an entrepreneurial business law clinic, where he advised start-up companies on corporate law issues, including business formation and corporate governance.

Brandon serves as a mentor in the Supreme Court of Ohio's Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program.
