Before joining Jones Day, Luther Lie practiced at an international law firm where he focused on cross-border financings and restructurings in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Luther graduated from Harvard Law School, where he served as a research assistant on cross-border M&A and securities law and as a submissions editor for Harvard Business Law Review. He regularly writes in peer-reviewed journals and newspapers such as Canberra Law Review, East Asia Forum, The Jakarta Post, and Springer.
