Justine Lin's practice focuses on general corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment control. She has worked on matters involving diverse industries, including energy, media, and technology.

Justine regularly assists clients with a broad range of noncontentious matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, contract review, due diligence, and corporate governance and compliance matters. In addition to her corporate practice, she has assisted in civil litigation matters involving cross-border financial fraud, renewable energy project development disputes, and share acquisition disputes, which has given her experience across both transactional and contentious matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Justine assisted in researching new tobacco control policies. She has experience in regulatory matters concerning new tobacco products such as e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products. She also has experience in the revocation of Withhold Release Orders (WROs) issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and in the development of corrective action plans (CAPs) addressing forced labor issues in the distant-water fishing industry. Her experience reflects a strong interest in global trade, ESG (environmental, social, and governance), human rights, and regulatory compliance matters. Justine is also interested in space development and was selected for the Space Affairs Youth Training Program organized by the Taiwan Space Agency.

Justine is a member of the Taipei Bar Association.
