Goustan Le Guellec focuses his practice on venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Goustan worked for a leading law firm in Paris and completed several internships at international law firms where his practice focused on M&A transactions for listed and unlisted companies, securities law, corporate governance, and corporate law.
