Bart Lahiff practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation, financial products litigation, and investigations. He has experience representing entities facing investigations brought by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other federal agencies.
Bart maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration and family court proceedings. Prior to law school, he worked as a loan underwriter at a debt settlement company based in Buffalo, New York.
