Tim Kruger represents public and private companies and private equity funds in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, financings, equity restructurings, and general corporate governance matters. His practice has involved transactions in a variety of industries, including industrials, aerospace and defense, consumer goods, media, travel and hospitality, and technology.
Tim's recent representations include EagleTree Capital's acquisitions of The Opus Group, PRA Events, and MMGY Global and its acquisition of Weil & Associates through portfolio company PRA; its sales of Moss to The Vomela Companies and Northstar Travel Group to JTB Corp.; and EagleTree-backed Northstar Travel Group's sale of Inntopia to Outside Interactive; J.F. Lehman & Company's acquisition of Wrist Ship Supply and its acquisition of Mission Microwave Technologies; Gemspring Capital's strategic minority investment in Aeromed Group; Center Rock Capital Partners' acquisitions of Stoneridge Control Devices and GHSP; and a private credit fund in connection with the purchase of subordinated notes and warrants.
