Tatiane Kelly is an astute and commercially driven real estate lawyer, with more than 10 years of experience delivering legally sound and practical outcomes to resolve client issues. Her advisory and transactional experience includes the full spectrum of real estate matters, acting for private investors, developers, and government agencies and departments.
Tatiane focuses on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, rural (including pastoral and Crown leases), and retail properties; due diligence covering energy and resources and major projects; flat land subdivisions and mixed-use developments; and negotiation of leases and agreements for lease.
