Carla Karch assists national and international clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. She has been involved in proceedings conducted under the rules of the principal arbitration institutions, at the domestic and international levels, as well as litigation before national courts.
Carla has an academic background in international law and participates in cross-border cases addressing questions of forum selection and conflict of law issues.
