Nina John focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, securities law, and general corporate matters. She represents public and private companies in a broad range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, PIPE (private investment in public equity) offerings, and ATM (at-the-market) offerings. She also advises companies on corporate governance matters and periodic reporting.
