Rachel Ippolito focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance. Her practice includes representing financial lending institutions in a variety of real estate lending transactions. Rachel has experience assisting lenders in negotiating, documenting, and closing complex lending transactions for a wide range of assets, including multiuse projects, shopping centers, and other commercial properties.
In addition, Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice and helps lead Jones Day's efforts in Cleveland's Right to Counsel program, which gives eligible low-income Cleveland tenants free legal representation in eviction hearings in Cleveland Housing Court. Rachel also represents Jones Day on the Leadership Council of Engage Cleveland, a community organization for young professionals and business leaders.
