Ryan Hocking advises and defends employers across a range of labor and employment matters, with a focus on high-stakes internal investigations, corporate counseling, and employment litigation. His litigation experience includes complex class actions, whistleblower cases, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations. He also regularly advises clients on employment law compliance across local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
In addition to his labor and employment practice, Ryan represents corporate clients in consumer litigation arising under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Ryan also maintains an active pro bono practice, through which he counsels local nonprofits on labor and employment matters related to their operations.
