Nils Hülsenbeck practices corporate law with a focus on M&A. He advises national and international clients on private, domestic, and cross-border transactions and also has experience advising institutional financial investors in real estate, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Nils worked at a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg where he advised on general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and the setting-up of private equity structures for major private equity houses.
