Eamon Heaney's practice is primarily focused on patent litigation in the computer software and hardware spaces. Eamon has worked on matters for clients in district court and California state court. His experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting factual and legal research, conducting and managing discovery, negotiating settlement, and practical trial experience.
Eamon maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients seeking Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, where he has secured favorable settlements and trial verdicts.
Prior to law school, Eamon was a computer engineer at Parsons Corporation, where he worked on a large data processing application for a government agency.
